In 1985, DataSafe revolutionized access to information in our industry with the use of barcodes on boxes and files. Since then, we have continually invested in technology. Three years ago, we introduced Imaging services, which again improved our clients' access to their information. Recently, we upgraded our media software and now clients can access both their hard copy and media inventory via the Internet. Great service begins and ends with people.
